Those additional eight hours can be employed to refine a skill, begin a hobby, find substitute careers and so on. Things to look at with time that is yours to do as you wish is to consider tasks that have affirmatively no absolute value. This can be simplistic things like cutting back on video games or television. While these devices serve the purpose of entertaining, they only reduce time which as we know is a limited resource.
